Passion, innovation, and respect are values that guide the work done at Cirrus Systems, Inc. every day. This includes helping create a cleaner, better world through the use of renewable, solar energy!
Since March of 2021, Cirrus Systems have stepped up their sustainable practices by offsetting a portion of their electrical usage with solar panels. They worked with our Brentwood, NH-based team to install a 186 kilowatt grid-tied solar electric system.
Now, one of the ways they can better serve their customers is by investing in solar electricity for long term sustainability that's beneficial both to their community, their employees, and their overall business.
When the sun is shining, the 424 solar panels on the roof of their facility produce electricity that is either used in real-time by the building, or fed back to the grid where it benefits the greater community (and earns them a credit).
Each year, the system will generate roughly 212,690 kilowatt-hours (kWhs) of electricity, offsetting the equivalent of over 378,800 miles driven in a gas-powered car.
Head here to see what the system produces , both today and across its lifetime.
