In Twin Mountain NH, 177 solar panels in a rooftop array produce clean, local energy that helps Carlson's Lodge to lower their carbon footprint and protect their environment in the iconic White Mountain National Forest.
Each year, the 53.99 kilowatt solar array will generate roughly 63,000 kilowatt-hours (kWhs) of electricity, offsetting the equivalent of over 108,900 miles driven in a gas-powered car. Carlson's Lodge is family-owned and operated since it was built in 1972. They pride themselves on creating a home-like atmosphere for other families to stay throughout the year and experience the beauty of the White Mountains.
