Wilmot Artist Solar on Solar Power

ReVision Energy's renewable energy projects are frequently featured in local and national newpapers, radio and television.

It's been just over a year since Wilmot artist Sam Wild chose to install a 4.2-kilowatt solar electric array on his New Hampshire home. "I decided it was something I could do to help the environment."
The solar panels offset 100% of Wild's home electricity usage. The site has produced 4.67-megawatts since its commissioning. The production offsets an equivalent of 7,100 pounds of carbon dioxide emissions, the planting of 182 trees, or enough electricity to power a light bulb for 339,975 hours.

Wild operates his studio, Wild Pottery, from the property. He creates functional, porcelain creations embellished with elaborate nature motifs. The studio is on a separate meter and not directly connected to the panels. See Wild's pottery at wildpottery.com .
