Sam (he/him) is a southern Maine native, who grew up in Steep Falls before attending college at Northeastern University in Boston. He graduated in 2019 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Sustainable Energy Systems.
He has fond childhood memories of spending summers on Sebago Lake, hiking mountains across New England and camping in Acadia National Park. This motivated him to work in an industry where he could help preserve nature for future generations.
He joined the ReVision commercial design and estimating team shortly after graduating and could not be happier. Sam currently lives in Windham with his wife Shawna and dog Stan. When not at home, he can be found spending time with family, water skiing at Sebago Lake, and hiking.
Sam's house is powered by a 8.25kW grid-tied solar electric system with a Solaredge 7600 inverter. His house is primarily heated with 3 air source heat pumps and domestic hot water is supplied with an air source heat pump water heater.
