Phoebe (she/they) is the Vice President of Service at ReVision Energy and serves on the ReVision Leadership Team. Phoebe guides the strategic development of the department, supporting both our Residential and Commercial service teams in responsibly maintaining clean energy systems.
Phoebe is a New England native who rooted in Maine, captivated by the beauty of the coast, the small-town community feel, and bustling landscape of Portland.
With a diverse background in the arts, management, and entrepreneurial endeavors, Phoebe was looking for a way to churn creative thinking into actionable problem solving. The environmental and social crises of our time felt too large to watch from the sidelines, so in 2017 Phoebe changed career paths from illustration and design to renewable energy. Phoebe joined ReVision Energy to lay down the foundation of the dedicated companywide Service Division - from process development, scheduling, and troubleshooting to hiring and team building. Since then, the Service Division has grown into a full-blown crew of 30+ compassionate and talented co-owners for whom Phoebe is grateful to work with each day.
Some Phoebe favorites are lake swimming under the stars, exploring new places, and twist ice cream cones with rainbow sprinkles.
