Dana (she/her) spends her time at ReVision Energy as a Solar Design Specialist. Dana originally sought out ReVision for their impressive efforts as a BCorp, their reputable commitment to excellent customer service, and their robust community involvement. She is committed to working with companies that better the planet and is happiest when she can contribute to a driven, collaborative, and forward-thinking workplace. For many years prior to ReVision, Dana worked with Patagonia where she learned how to walk-the-talk in carrying out a company’s ambitious, environmentally focused mission. The renewable energy world was new to her as she is a forever student of marine sciences and human impact on the oceans.
Dana attended school in Rhode Island for degrees in Psychology and Marine Biology and pursued a master’s in Organizational Leadership before traveling by land and water working with non-profit organizations, spending a couple years in Boston, and finally ending up in Maine in 2016. Having grown up tied to the ocean, from a trans-Pacific sailor to a Peaks-to-Portland swim competitor, she has committed her life to working to protect the places we play in and rely on.
When not at work, you can find Dana tending to her small oyster farm, Sister Island Oysters, outside somewhere on the water or in the woods, oil painting, cooking, running, or working with some of her favorite nonprofit partners. She is thrilled to be part of the great mission and team at ReVision for years to come!
