Chris Bitely

Community Solar Farms Manager

Chris Bitely was raised in South Louisiana and followed his family north to Maine while still in high school. He pursued a career in green business with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Augusta. His career in solar energy began with Insource Renewables, and he started working on Community Solar Farms when ReVision Energy acquired Insource Renewables in 2021.

When he’s not helping customers in Community Solar Farms, he serves as a City Councilor in his home of Belfast, Maine – a municipality and school district with several ReVision-built projects. Worth noting, Chris is also a Community Solar Farm share owner in a few different ReVision-built solar farms which offset the electricity consumption for his family.

Outside of ReVision, Chris enjoys seeing live music, hanging out with friends and family, walking in the woods, exploring new places, eating good food, learning stuff, and being emotionally attached to the outcome of New Orleans Saints games. He adores his dog, Milky.
