Employee-Owner | Solar Design Specialist
Greg grew up in Concord, NH, where he developed an early appreciation for nature through skiing, fishing, biking, and hiking throughout the northeast. After graduating from Concord High School, Greg packed up his car and headed West. He took a year off before college, completing a Semester Course at the National Outdoor Leadership School in the Pacific Northwest. Greg attended Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, where he majored in Studio Art, focusing in sculpture. Between classes Greg spent as much time as possible backcountry skiing in the Cascade Mountains, surfing at the coast, and fly fishing the rivers of the Northwest.
Greg came back East after college, completed a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician training in NH, then moved to the Adirondacks of NY to work leading Wilderness trips. After several years, Greg eventually found his way back to NH. His long-standing interest in preserving the natural world and building led to a job at a custom home builder specializing in building “Net-Zero” homes, or homes designed to cover their entire annual heating, cooling and electrical loads through on-site solar production. In this position, Greg developed a strong foundation in building science, construction estimating, and energy-efficient design. He obtained Building Performance Institute Building Analyst and Envelope Professional certifications and became a Certified Passive House Consultant. Greg is excited to be a part of the team at ReVision Energy and apply his knowledge of building science and construction to help people transition to clean solar energy for their homes.
Greg now lives in Concord with his wife and two rescue dogs. He still likes to get outside as much as possible during his free time and enjoys sharing adventures with his family.
